We bring you leads.
You pay for them.

We put our own money into the sites, phone numbers and marketing that bring people to you. You pay for the leads under one of two clear plans.

You have been sold marketing before.
This is not that.

You have paid for a website. An ad budget. A monthly retainer, and a report full of numbers that were never a customer.

That is not what you pay us for. You pay for calls and written requests from people who want work done, on jobs worth having.

We spend our own money to build and run the lead source. That is how we put our work behind what we say.

Everything that happens before you get the lead

While you are deciding, nobody else is being offered that job.

One enquiry is offered to one business at a time. A business that has already been offered it is never offered it again. One site carries one business, and the dates cannot overlap.

None of that binds the customer. They can ring other firms this afternoon, and we will not pretend otherwise.

You draw where you work.
You say how much you can take on.

Your area is a shape you draw on a map, not a list of towns. You can cut a hole in it, for the stretch you will not drive to.

You set a cap on how much reaches you in a day. It runs on your day, in your own timezone, not ours. When the week fills, you lower it.

Past that cap, an enquiry can go to another partner, on terms agreed with you before anything starts.

Two ways to pay for leads. You see the numbers before anything starts.

Pay for each eligible call or written request.

A caller and a person sending a form connect with one business.

We agree on the rate and the rules for an eligible lead before you start. Calls and written requests are charged only when they meet those rules.

You pay for eligible leads. Closing the job is your team’s part.

What you pay, and when

Or rent one site’s enquiries for a flat month.

A website gathers requests across its service area and routes them to one business.

The rent stays the same. The work that comes in does not. Inside your services, your area and your cap, matching enquiries from that site come to you.

Fees on top of the rent are agreed before they appear.

Renting one site’s enquiries

You decide if this is worth a conversation.

We build and run the lead source. Your team answers the phone or replies to the form, quotes the work and serves the customer.

Tell us what you do, where you work, and how much more work you can take. A person reads it. Those three answers decide what reaches you at all.
