You do not need a pitch about proprietary software or how many people searched your area this week.

You need real calls and written requests from people who want work done. That is what we sell.

A miniature felt workshop: denim walls, an open door, tools on a pegboard, and folded cloth on a workbench. A coral path runs in through the door and up onto the bench.

You have heard a version of this before.

Someone rang you about leads. They had a dashboard to show you. They wanted forty minutes on a call.

Then the lead turned up, and three other firms had bought the same one. It had been sold as exclusive.

Not every lead seller works like that. You have no way to tell from the outside, and that is a fair reason to be careful.

You pay for leads, not promises.

You do not pay us to build you a website, top up an ad budget or send a report about views.

You pay for eligible leads under the plan we agree on. We do not promise a number for next quarter.

What we sell is one thing. Somebody who wants a job done, in a trade where that job is worth real money. That is the whole product.

We put our own money into the site, domain, phone number and marketing before a single person gets in touch.

That is us putting our work behind what we say. When the leads come in, you pay for them under clear terms.

We bring the lead. Your team takes it from there.

We run the site, the marketing, the phone number and the checks that keep junk away from you.

Your side is the lead and its agreed cost. You answer, quote and do the work you are good at.

While you are deciding, nobody else is working that call.

An enquiry is offered to one business at a time. Not to four at once.

A business that has already been offered it is never offered it again. And a site has one business on it at a time, with dates that cannot overlap.

The customer can still ring anyone else they like. Nothing we do prevents that, and nobody should tell you otherwise.

A place exists when a site has nobody on it.

The work a site brings in can belong to one business at a time. That is held by dates that cannot overlap, not by a policy we could bend.

So a place exists only when a site in your trade and your area has no business on it. That is arithmetic, not a compliment.

You know the rate before you start.

Rates are set by industry and lead type up front. What you use moves the total, because a two-hour call is not a five-minute call.

You can pay for each eligible lead or agree on a flat monthly rent for one site’s enquiries.
