Privacy notice.
This notice explains what Valkessa handles when a business asks to be considered for an invitation.
What this notice covers.
This notice covers the public Valkessa marketing site and its request-for-consideration form. It does not describe a separate partner portal, an administrator workspace, or the way customer leads are handled under a paid partnership.
Notice when you send a request.
By submitting the form, you ask Valkessa to contact you about that partnership request. The request does not create an account, accept you as a partner, form a paid agreement, authorize a charge, or guarantee an invitation. The current submission workflow does not send an automatic email.
Information the request collects.
The form asks for your business name, your name, work email, phone number, the services you want more work for, the area your team serves, and the amount of new work your team can take. Please submit business information only. Do not include customer, patient, payment, or other sensitive personal information in the free-text fields.
To deliver and protect the request, the intake also handles a random operation identifier, the Valkessa site origin, a keyed hash derived from the request's network address, and a limited browser user-agent value. The intake code sends the hash, not the raw network address, to the request record in Convex.
How Valkessa uses the information.
Valkessa uses the information to review whether your business, services, area, and capacity may fit its invitation-only lead supply, to respond to your request, and to keep an operational record of the inquiry. The operation identifier and hashed network value also support duplicate protection, request integrity, and abuse controls.
A person acting for Valkessa decides whether to continue the conversation. The form does not automatically approve a business, create an account, set pricing, or start a partnership.
Storage and service providers.
When the online request is enabled, Valkessa's server-side intake sends the request to Convex, the data platform used to store the contact record and the related operator event. Authorized operators may access that information to review and respond to the inquiry. The current automated submission path does not send the request to a prospective partner or an email provider.
Production hosting, infrastructure logging, cookies, analytics, and any additional service providers have not been finalized for this local preview. This notice must be updated before launch and whenever those practices change; it does not claim that the future production site is tracker-free.
Retention and deletion.
No production retention period has been approved for partnership requests. Valkessa must adopt a written schedule that keeps inquiry information only for a documented business or legal need and disposes of it securely when that need ends before the form is enabled in production.
Access, corrections, and questions.
To ask what request information Valkessa has about you, correct it, or request deletion, email hello@valkessa.com. Valkessa may need enough information to identify the request and verify that the person asking is entitled to act on it. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights; those jurisdiction-specific disclosures still require legal review.
Security.
The current intake uses a server-side proxy, origin checks, signed requests, size limits, duplicate protection, and rate limits. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Production safeguards and service-provider arrangements must be reviewed before launch.
Changes to this notice.
The approved production notice should identify its effective date. If Valkessa changes what it collects or how it uses or shares information, the notice should be updated before the changed practice begins where required.
