Everything we tell a business before they start, including the parts that put people off.

Some of this is a reason to say no. It is here anyway.

This suits a business where one job is worth real money.

You answer the phone during working hours. You can get to a quote quickly.

You could draw the area you work on a map. You have room for more work than you have now.

When your office is open and when your phone gets answered are two different questions. You set both. The second one is the one that matters here.

This is wrong for you if any of these is true.

You have no capacity left. Nobody can pick up during the day.

You want to own the website or the phone number at the end. Neither is on offer.

You need a set number of jobs for the maths to work. Nobody here can promise you that.

A site in your trade and your area already has a business on it. Then there is nothing to offer you until that changes.

A lead is an eligible call or written request.

For a call, the length, outcome and connection must meet the rules in your agreement.

In writing, a lead is a request that meets the rules you agreed. It carries the answers you asked for.

It has a real location. It points at work you said you would take. Anything short of that is held back, and a person here looks at it.

When a lead is wrong, you are not stuck with it.

A caller who is not a fit can be turned down on the spot. That one is not billable and it is not passed on to anyone else.

For anything that comes in writing, you message a person here about that exact lead. They can mark it not billable.

There is a record of what came in, and when recording is switched on there is the audio too. So it is never your word against ours.

Some leads never reach you at all. A request that goes against your own filters is held before you see it. So is one outside the area you drew.

Nobody here will promise you a number of jobs.

There is no promised number of leads and no promised sale. There is no timeframe and no revenue figure.

A lead is a person who asked a question. Whether they buy is still your work.

You do not have to build the site or run the ads.

We run the site, phone number and marketing. Your partner account keeps the leads and their details in one place.

Nobody calls you to sell you something extra.

A person reads your request, and that is the whole process.

A person reads it. We may come back with questions.

If no site in your trade and area is free, we say so.

If we go ahead, you see the services, the area, the limits and the rates first. You agree to nothing before that.

Sending the form does not create an account. It does not make you a partner.

Neither of those is a promise we could break. It is how the form is built.

If none of that put you off, tell us about your business.

What you do, where you work, and how much more you can take.
